How to Take Your Measurements

Before you begin, you will need a measuring tape. If you don't have one, don't worry! Click on the file below to download and print your measuring tape. Then, follow the instructions to take your measurements correctly:

1. Bust: Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your bust by passing the tape measure around your back and over your breasts.

2. Waist: Find the smallest part of your waist, usually located just above your belly button, and measure around it.

3. Hips: Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hips, usually located about 8 inches below your waist.

   
   

   

   
   

Tip: Wear tight clothing or just underwear when measuring for the most accurate results.
